It's in a quiet spot, but still close to all the fun stuff. We went to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and it was only 46 km away, which was super convenient. The cottage had everything we needed and was clean and cozy. The rooms were surprisingly big, especially the bathroom with the huge bath. The cherry on top was the comfortable bed where we crashed after our adventures. it was a pretty fantastic stay!
The only thing that could've made our stay even better would be if the cottage had a cool party room or something. It was great for a chill time with friends, but we would've loved a designated space for some fun and games.

The cottage is conveniently located near Banbury, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Guests appreciate the ample parking space and the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cottage also offers a cozy lounge area with a woodburner, perfect for relaxing evenings. Guests have enjoyed the warm hospitality of the owner, who provides fresh flowers in every room.
Some guests have mentioned a slight smoky smell in the lounge area, although this did not hinder their overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little cottage in a quiet and picturesque hamlet. It was the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds, Warwickshire, and Oxfordshire. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped with a lovely log burner for those rainy evenings. Julie, the host, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was even a selection of pillows to suit everyone's preference. I also appreciated the easy communication with the host and the seamless check-in process. I highly recommend this delightful cottage for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
Although the lounge had a slight smoky smell from the woodburner, it was not a major issue for me. Additionally, the cottage is very close to the owner's house, which made me feel slightly exposed in the lounge unless the curtains were closed.
